Stress Level Zero's physics-based sandbox game BONELAB has seen great success on Quest, and now their earlier game, BONEWORKS, is on its way to Quest 3, as revealed by studio co-founder Brandon Laatsch. BONEWORKS is a narrative-driven VR action-adventure game known for its experimental physics mechanics, challenging players with dynamic environments, physics-based combat, and creative puzzle-solving. Laatsch announced goals for 2025, including multiple updates for BONELAB and the release of BONEWORKS on Quest 3 and Quest 3S, developed in parallel with work on future projects.
Although a community-created mod, Labworks, allows Boneworks to be played on Quest 2 and above, the upcoming native version for Quest 3 is expected to offer a more enhanced experience through the Marrow Engine.
