New Vision Pro Hands-on Reports Drop Ahead of Friday Pre-order
Apple's upcoming VR headset, Vision Pro, has been previewed by several outlets ahead of its pre-order event on Friday. The Verge and Engadget both had the opportunity to try out Vision Pro, with a focus on its comfort level. The Verge reported that the headset can feel heavy on the head and may disrupt hairstyles, particularly for those with long hair. Engadget's reviewer also experienced discomfort with the standard strap but found relief with a Dual Loop band that distributed weight over the head. YouTuber Marques Brownlee also noted the weight of the headset and expressed concerns about long-term comfort. Overall, the previews highlighted positive aspects such as the UI and eye-tracking quality. Road to VR is also looking forward to having another opportunity to test Vision Pro and further assess its comfort before its ship date on February 2nd.
