Unofficial SteamVR Driver for PSVR 2 to Release Soon as Sony Plans its Own PC VR Support
Sony has announced that they will be bringing PC VR support to the PSVR 2 sometime this year. iVRy, an unofficial project, has successfully developed a SteamVR driver for PSVR 2, set to release next month. However, there are obstacles to overcome, such as the need for a DP-AUX emulator hardware. The driver currently only supports AMD GPUs and does not yet include support for PSVR 2's Sense Controllers. Users may need to wait for Sony's official PC support for PSVR 2, which is expected in 2024. Visit Road to VR for the full story.
